Simply pop in a compatible media card: Memory Stick Duo, Memory Stick PRO Duo, Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo, SD, or SDHC. The SX45's 1/8" CCD image sensor works together with the processor, Carl Zeiss lens, features like image stabilization and 70x Extended zoom and the 3.0" touch screen LCD to help you record your memories right to the memory card of your choosing.Of course, the aforementioned shooting controls do a fair amount of the work as well. Intelligent Auto, for instance, automatically selects the right setting for your shot from seven different scene modes, taking the guesswork out of recording. Other features like an LED video help you to take your best shots at night or in low light settings. When you're all done shooting and ready to share there's no need to fret. The SX45 comes with Sony's Picture Motion Browser software for editing with Windows based machines. PMB helps you to trim, add titles and otherwise customize your footage. It also helps you to upload your movies to your favorite social media sites.
